All Adaptivation products carry a 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Please call us if you experience any problems with your device so we can resolve the issue. All returns must be authorized and issued an RMA number to insure a prompt repair, refund, or exchange. Product returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Authorized returns received after 30 days, not to exceed 60 days, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 60 days. The return policy does not apply to software and books.
