All Adaptivation, Inc. products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please call us if you experience any problems with your device so we can resolve the issue. All returns must be authorized and be issued an RMA number to insure prompt repair, refund or exchange.

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Authorized returns received after 30 days, not to exceed 60 days, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 60 days. The Return policy does not apply to software and books!
